IEC C19 PDU Terminated at 32A Commando Plug

IEC C19 Sockets fitted with 3m cable terminated at a 32 Amp Commando-style plug as standard (see image).

IEC C19 Sockets fitted to this PDU are individually capable of carrying 16 Amps. This PDU is fitted with a BS4343 Commando-style plug which is rated at 32 Amps, the overall rating of this PDU is 32 Amps. The internals of this PDU are uprated from a standard PDU thus a lead time of 3 to 4 working days needs to be allowed for. Cable used is 4.0mm 3 core black flex (3183Y).

Hi,
I wanted to know if a 32A PDU is available with IEC C13/C19 sockets and with fully manageable option.

What would be the cost / unit?

Also, Could you let me know if I can plug a 16amp device into 32amp

A: Yes we can quote for a managed PDU but would need more information before quoting the cost, please feel free to call us on 01823 653100 between 8:30am and 6pm.

In response to your second question, you cannot plug a 16amp unit in to a 32Amp supply unless the unit is, itself, fused at 16 Amps. We can also quote for this.
