We are unable to accept such a cancellation of contract under the following conditions:

  1. Items are returned incomplete, without original packaging etc.
  2. Items have suffered physical damage whilst in your possession.

In addition 'special services' such as priority delivery, custom configuration or manufacture of products are not refundable under this policy.

To cancel your purchase under the 'Cooling Off Period', please complete the delivery slip that accompanied your items, giving the reason for return as 'Contract Cancellation. Please package the item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date it was delivered to you. We would recommend using a suitable guaranteed and insured delivery service such as a Courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery. You are responsible for return delivery costs. Should the item not arrive within this period, be incomplete, damaged or inadequately packed, we will not be able to accept the return under the conditions of the 'Cooling Off Period' and items will be returned at your cost.

The Return Address Is:
