We have supplied customised floor boxes in the past for specific applications but a large minimum order quantity is likely to apply. However, if a 3-compartment box is too big or too small we also offer 2-compartment and 4-compartment (please enquire) floor boxes.
3 compartment floor boxes are a type of electrical and data distribution box that is installed in the floor to provide power and data connectivity for a range of applications. The combination of data and power outlets is easily configurable, just select the right combination of 3 available faceplates to suit your requirements.
The compartments in a 3-compartment floor box are usually used for power, data, and audiovisual connections or can be blanked off for future use. They are ideal for large offices where desks maybe some distance from a wall-mounted power or data source.
Each compartment has room for one faceplate. These faceplates are available either populated with RJ45 ethernet sockets, a twin switched socket, a blank plate or an un-populated LJ6C plate to allow for customised combinations of data outlets.
3 compartment floor boxes can accommodate a wide range of power and AV connections, including power outlets, data ports, and audio jacks.

Raised floor boxes are used to connect the sub-floor to the desk via the raised floor itself, power and data are separated into compartments and fed out under a purpose-built lid. Each unit comes with 2-switched UK power sockets and a 4-way data plate with 6C cut-outs as standard. Custom accessory plates can be made to order, such as red power plates used to distinguish separate power supplies. Fixing brackets and floor template are supplied with each unit.
