* NB Individually A C14 Connector is rated at 10 amps and a C19 is rated to 16 amps. A cable can only be rated to it's weakest component; in this case, the IEC C14 10 Amp Connector. It is possible that the equipment you wish to use this cable with is capable of drawing 16 amps so it is important to consider that the supply, which in this case is likely to be a UPS (or similar) will have a 10 Amp IEC C13 Socket and should, and is very likely to be, fused to 10 Amps.
